Nathan Work founded Work Consultants LLC in 2003. Mr. Work is responsible for the high-level client-network planning, implementation, and managing the organization's logistical and strategic efforts.

Mr. Work's years of network engineering experience with SRA International and a small business-focused company in Silver Spring instilled in the company an atmosphere of professionalism and a culture of integrity.

Mr. Work earned his BS in Management, Concentration on Information Systems from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Rick Thomas - User Experience Designer

Rick provides web design and development support and has over fifteen years of graphic design experience and 12 years of web development experience focusing on User Experience(UX) and User Interface(UI) Design. Over the years he has produced a vast body of creative work for public, private, and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a graduate of Mount Vernon HS in Alexandria.
